We partnered with Groupe Reunimer to design and deploy a bespoke, high-performance Headless ecosystem. Our role extended beyond development; we acted as their embedded technical leadership to orchestrate a seamless digital transformation.

DELIVERING STRATEGIC VISION

Embedded CTO Services & Cross-Functional Synergy:

We embedded ourselves as their strategic technical partner, creating a unified bridge between their internal departments and external creative agencies. By orchestrating these workflows, we significantly accelerated Turnaround Times (TAT) and provided the founders with complete peace of mind regarding technical execution.

Autonomous HR & Dynamic Routing:

We deployed a sophisticated, self-hosted Strapi 5 instance on Google Cloud. Through highly customized Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), we created dedicated, secure environments for each subsidiary. This empowers regional HR managers with total independence over their talent acquisition. To optimise the experience, we engineered dynamic routing flows that automatically direct candidate applications to the precise subsidiary's HR personnel, creating a highly efficient corporate workflow.

Zero-JS for Ultimate Performance & Privacy:

We utilised Astro 5.0 for the frontend architecture. By serving pure HTML and adopting an 'Islands Architecture' (only hydrating JavaScript when strictly necessary), we achieved industry-leading PageSpeed Insights results. This approach also ensured native, elegant alignment with the strictest 'Zero-JS-before-consent' privacy frameworks, demonstrating a proactive commitment to user data protection.

Modular Brand Architecture:

We developed a centralised design system using Tailwind CSS. This sophisticated UI architecture allowed all six subsidiaries to share robust core components while distinctly expressing their individual brand colour palettes and visual identities, ensuring both rapid scalability and visual cohesion.

USER EXPERIENCE (UX) & DESIGN FOCUS

A corporate holding site must instil absolute trust while delivering a premium, modern edge. We transformed sophisticated desktop designs into a highly fluid, cinematic web experience. We integrated GSAP (GreenSock) to deliver elegant parallax scrolling, smooth typography reveals, and SVG-based data visualisations that perform flawlessly across all devices. Furthermore, we utilised Astro's native View Transitions API to create a seamless, app-like navigation journey between the flagship group site and the subsidiary pages. To guarantee a flawless multi-device experience, our engineering team proactively extrapolated the design language to build highly intuitive, fully responsive mobile touchpoints for both investors and job applicants.

ENGINEERING NOTE: "DOMAIN-DRIVEN MORPHABILITY" & AI-READINESS

To support the client's dynamic corporate structure, we engineered a custom architectural pattern we call "Morphability." We structured the Astro repository using strict Domain-Driven Design (e.g., /src/modules/ocean-farmers/). Each subsidiary acts as an isolated 'Capsule' containing its own scoped logic, content, and styles. If the group decides to launch a subsidiary as a fully independent platform in the future, we can extract that capsule into a standalone repository in under four hours. Additionally, we built the ecosystem to be strictly AI-Native. We engineered dynamic API endpoints that automatically generate structured /llms.txt files directly from the CMS. This ensures that modern AI search agents (like Perplexity or OpenAI Search) can flawlessly crawl, understand, and recommend the group's corporate structure and open job roles to top talent worldwide, keeping Reunimer at the absolute forefront of digital innovation.
